Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receipt to start a return. To qualify, your item must be in the same condition as when received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess and address the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, including commissions and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for digital downloadable products. If you have questions about your specific item, please reach out to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The quickest way to get what you want is to return the current item. Once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
